Chris and I were able to get away for our first real vacation together in our 10 year marriage.. No kids, perfect place to go.. Jamaica

We stayed awake from Thursday morning, because we had so much to do, and....

Day One Jamaica Vacation

Day One:

Well, it has been a long day already. It is 5am on Friday and Chris and I have been up since Thursday morning before work. We are a bit slap happy at this point.
We dropped the kids and dogs last night, finished out packing and cleaning, and left our house at 2:30am. We are finally through all the check ins at the airport and are waiting at GATE F90. Stay tuned for frequent updates.

The Shattered Tooth.. on Xray.

So, here was the tooth on xray. The adult tooth had almost fully grown under the baby molar. Dentist not sure why the teeth are coming in fast, and the baby teeth not falling out. But, all he did was bite down, and the tooth shattered into four pieces. A little happy gas, and some Novacaine, and he had the tooth pulled, and good to go.

Sunday, April 19, 2009.
Easter Sunday, and as if it wasn't enough bad news that the kids medicine is not covered by insurance this month because of a lapse in coverage, Today, Christos split a molar. Ewww.,, doesn't it look yucky. Aparently a week back he cracked it on a M&M and then yesterday he sneezed a piece out. Gross!... Now the remainding two pieces are loose, inflammed, and ready to come out. Heading to the dentist tomorrow morning to have it pulled. Super!

Adventure Island

Chris, myself and Christopher and Chloe went to Adventure Island on Friday,... and Sunday.. ( today).. We rode all the slides.. We hung in the sand, and relaxed in the water.. It was really a nice time with the family, and much better than hanging at home. Sunday was great because it was American Easter, so the park was not very busy at all, and we were able to get onto the rides super fast!

Well, the kids get bored, and we like them to stay active.. I suggested they play in the hose.. but, had no idea that they would do this...

Last Night.. Birth to a baby Guinea Pig.

Last Night, April 8, 2009 Around 8:30 pm, I noticed that Daxter appeared to be in labor..

I intently watched her for about 45 minutes, and she became more uncomfortable. Then I saw her belly contracting.. Soon enough, she had given birth to two babies..

She cleaned them, and removed the umbilical cord... She attended to the babies so carefully..

Unfortunately, one baby was born still born, or just did not make it.. We tryed to revive him, but we sadly were not able to help him..

There is one surviving baby, which we think is a girl.. Her picture is posted, and we will be looking for names for her! Suggestions greatly appreciated.
